What to include

• Your iPhone model and iOS version
• The app version and build number
• Whether the issue happened during model download, local AI chat, translation, diary writing, purchase, or restore
• A short description of what you expected and what happened instead

Purchase and restore help

InnerBase AI uses Apple's App Store for the one-time Lifetime Unlock purchase. We cannot see or store your payment method. If a purchase does not unlock the app, open the app's settings and tap Restore Purchases with the same Apple ID.

Refund requests are handled by Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
